Een klant van Beddenplein.nl ervaart ernstige problemen met de service en kwaliteit van het bedrijf. Na twee maanden met een kapot bed en herhaalde beloften voor vervanging zonder opvolging, overweegt de klant juridische stappen te ondernemen vanwege de gevolgen voor zijn gezondheid en het verlies van werkuren. De klant raadt anderen aan om het bedrijf te vermijden.

Mijn Klacht:

Worse company available for bedding
Terrible service from beginning to end.
Absolutely terrible quality on every single aspect of a company.
I strongly suggest a boycott as this company should be definitely be out of business.
2 months with a broken bed at home, and no reaction, no care, 3 times booked to change the bed, with email what’s app, Facebook and SMS Confirmation, but they never came to change.
Return money is not possible either.
2 months not sleeping properly, developing back injuries.

Laywer is already already and ready to start a process in court, including all the days off from work to try to sort it out, 2 months of bad sleep.
And doctor document stating back injury, seems like a very expensive bill for the company to pay now.

Please avoid at all cost this company, and share this with your colleagues, friends and family.
