Mijn Klacht:
I had an issue with them where I cannot disclose much information. The bottom line is that for a purchase of 70 euros that I forgot to pay the initiated a procedure of 405euros !!!! We agreed on installments and of course I thought they would do as advised to automatically withdraw monthly the amount of 40 euros and they didn’t. Resulting into contacting my employer (!!!) asking them to deduct this money from my salary and of course exposing me in front of them with my personal information. I paid the amount leaving a 60 euros remaining and they threatened me that the police will break in my house to take my personal belongings for this amount . So the police will break in my house for 60 euros !
I hope I will never have to deal with them again
