I rented a car seat ibiza from 3 January 2021 to 30 January 2021. At 24.01, a stone came to my car on the road and my windshield cracked. I immediately called Avis but nobody answered. So I sent an e-mail explaining the incident. Nobody returned to the mail. We delivered the vehicle on the 29.01 day. one day we delivered the vehicle early. When we got the vehicle, we explained the situation. They said that although we rented the vehicle with full insurance, the windshield did not cover the insurance. On the same day, at 29.01, they increased the limit on my credit card and cut 1593 Euros without my knowledge. How can this be, please someone explain to me. I think this money has been done unfairly. then why did I take out insurance? Where in the world can car glass cost 1593 euros? I want the absurdity done to be corrected as soon as possible.
