Mijn Klacht:
My wife had received a warning of low tyre pressure while she was driving to work. I have immediately called Audi Centrum in the morning to make an appointment. The lady on the phone told me that I do not need to make an appointment and my wife can drop by. My wife was there at her lunch break but they told her to wait a few hours to fix it. My wife had to go back and in the evening we had a flat tyre. Next morning I went to another which is located at Hoofddorp and had to pay two hundred euros for the new tyre. The second location was so helpful and friendly if you compare it with the other dealer. How can two Audi dealer can be totally different? My wife could have an accident on the way back to home and nobody will be responsible from that. We are still lucky to have an Audi.

I will be satisfied when someone from Audi will call me to say they are sorry
