On 11 january 2023, I made an online purchase from your company ‘ASOS’, a New Look sweatshirt and Bershka dad jeans for the sum of € 44,78. I have not received the products.
I will not pay for products I have not received.
I had done afterpay but that expires in a few days, if I don’t receive my order I want it canceled from Riverty afterpay as well.
I have a camera outside, I also checked and on January 14 no one came from DHL.
if I don’t receive my order, I want it terminated, also via Riverty afterpay. I want to be helped as soon as possible.
If I do not receive a reaction from you within the above period of 30 days, I will take the necessary legal steps to ensure that I get what I am entitled to.

I want to receive my order or cancel the payment via Riverty afterpay.
