Gewenste Oplossing:
I called ANWB as I received a post yesterday (sunday) along with 2 letters from Payt, that was dated since october. It appears the post came to me late by Netherlands' post system in which only I was aware over the weekend. Saw on the letters that emails were sent too but I only just found them in my junk box. I kindly called the hotline of ANWB that I will pay immediately but the debt collection fee is unfair to me as this is the first time I hear about the request for payment, a request I do not even know was dued to me for a service I do not even know why was incurred.
Payt is not helpful on what I wrote to them either and replying like an automated response to INSIST me making the payment. I still do not know why/what I am paying. It's only 15.50 euro which I can pay immediately but to be bullied into making a payment by ANWMPAYT just does not justify like a professional corporate company behaviour. Please help.
