In februari 2021 had de klager een lekkage aan de condensafvoer van zijn zeven jaar oude boiler. All-Round Service stuurde een monteur die de boiler opende, maar in plaats van de lekkage te verhelpen, beweerde hij dat de boiler defect was en dat er een nieuwe nodig was. De klager voelde zich niet goed geïnformeerd en was ontevreden over de manier waarop de monteur de situatie behandelde.

Mijn Klacht:

In February 2021 i had a leak on one of the pipes of my 7-year old water heater, a condensation pipe, Feenstra was very busy and I didn’t have a service contract so they couldn’t come. I phone all-roundservice they send a guy to look and fix the pipe, he didn’t instead he opened the water heater and told me was not good (the heater looks new inside) he took a few things and broke another, took pictures after the fact, (real butcher) i ask him to put it back together, he didn’t want to put it back considering he was the one taking things out then he said was to dangerous if he did, he said was broken never served and I needed a new heater.

I don’t know much about these things i told him that and also told him my husband who looks after all these things passed away in October 2020 and i didn’t know much about these heaters.

Today I have the same problem with the leaking pipe of the past, I call a highly recommended by friends a company to fix the leak that i thought was fixed a year ago, turns out the pipe was never fixed, the ruber inside was disintegrating, and a pipe that needs to be changed was also not done. I have pictures to show. they make me buy a brand new heater for 2000 euros that I didn’t need, and the leaking pipe was never fixed.

I wish I have never called this company and if it was a way to charge them with fraud I will but this is the Netherlands and is very little I can do about it. I don’t have also an invoice only my bank payment to them done on the 9 of February 2021 for 2000,00

He saw a Canadian woman who just lost her husband who doesn’t know anything about these kinds of heaters and took me for a 2000 euro ride. This is the only way I can get my story out so other women like me are aware of this kind of company’s

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want at least half of my payment, and i would like to press charges of fraud! To protect another woman like me
