Mijn Klacht:

6 months ago someone broke into my house, stole and damaged a lot of my things. I submitted a claim to my insurance provider – Aegon. The process of handling was supposed to take 1-3 weeks. 2 weeks later I called them and they said it will take another week. I called over a week, they said another week. After that I said my claim has been randomly selected for extra scan, so I’d have to talk to a specialist. I have talked to specialist, provided all kinds of information and answered all the questions I was asked. Specialist took forever to finish the report and Aegon was not willing to talk to specialist to speed up the process (although they chose that person!). After the specialist sent the file they said it’s just 1 more week, after that they said it will take 2 more weeks, and then another week, and so on and so forth. I’m very frustrated and I do not understand why they are treating customers like that. I had so much stress after my house was turned into a mess and my things were stolen and now instead of forget of that nightmare I have to think of it every day dealing with Aegon who turned it into even worse nightmare.

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want my case solved ASAP.
