11-05-2016, I bought a ticket to travel to Eindohven Porto.
I paid by iDEAL E57,99 . My bank paid . Ryanair canceled the trip without notice . The contact email is [email protected] . 13-05-2016 ryanair said my bank refused payment .
I contacted Adyen , in Amesterdam. and they informed me that the payment was made , ( not denied ) by my bank. Was deposited in the bank account of Ryanair , Order number 4814629771420101. On 11 Maio 2016 .
I do not understand.
I did not travel on time , I had to buy another ticket . And yet for height , do not return me my money. It’s been almost two months. Do not tell me it’s normal. I demand my rights .
The response of Ryanair 17-05-2016 , is different from the Adyen response .

I just wanted to let you know that the payment on your booking has been declined and Ryanair has not received any money for the booking that has been declined and your credit card company should automatically re-credit your account with the amount originally deducted from your card.
