Mijn Klacht:
I purchased the ticket, the flight was cancelled due to COVID. Money instead of being returned is converted into a voucher which I don’t want. Now if you want to get money back they deduct from your ticket price EUR 55 administration costs. They have not provided a service which they should which is a flight but they feel entitled to deduct the admin service fee which you did not agree to and for what is it? Never order from this website.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Refund full money, without any administration fee deduction.
