Mijn Klacht:
After having a request for a refund denied through Gate1, I got in touch directly with the airline (UA). After a few conversations they agree to give a full refund (as they are forced to by the law). They had to do it through Gate1, because of that Gate1 took advantage and stole €55 and claimed it as administration costs, which were never heard of at the time of buying the tickets.

Why do I pay administration costs?
The reason they stated:
The administration costs are charged because there are many actions involved in processing the canceled booking and requesting the refund from the airline. Normally we charge administration costs per ticket / per person for this operation. However – given the exceptional situation – we charge these administration costs once.
Gewenste Oplossing:
When Gate1 gives back the €55
