Crappy Delivery, Bad service, Irresponsible staff
I have a parcel delivered from Germany to the Netherlands for the second time, and it is “returned, because I am moved from where I live”
The First time:
they had 2 delivery attempting, no notes were left in my mailbox, and I only figured out something went wrong after a week that no notes were left in my mailbox, checked the status online “return is initialed” called the customer service line, the staff were not being any helpful, all they said were “it is returned, we cannot do nothing, although it was our fault, but you need to suck it up and ask the sender to deliver it again” So the sender paid 10 euros return cost and I paid 14 euros for another delivery. I made more than 20 calls to the call center each call costs 1 euro for their 0900 number, and apart from not fixing the mistake, no one was even apologising, they said that they have made complaints in the system, but apparently they were just perfunctory. Apart from that, their attitude on the phone were pretty bad, some of them were getting angry on the customer, like THEY ARE THE VICTIM OF THE BAD SERVICE PROVIDED BY THE CUSTOMERS

The Second time:
They have made just 1 attempting, and considered that I am already moved without even leaving any note.

The complaints filed on their website
Apart from those “complaints that were made by the staffs” I have also made 1 complaint regarding to their first screwed delivery, NO REPLY, like IT HAS NEVER HAPPENED. As if that has been processed properly, such kind of ridiculous delivery shall never occur
Disappointment
I am VERY disappointed about the service of DHL the Netherlands, about the way how they work, about the customer service quality, and their attitude that “ALL OUR FAULTS, SHALL BE PAID BY THE VICTIM CUSTOMERS”
I hope DHL the Netherlands will take on this case seriously, fix their mistake and take back the confidence of their customers and potential customers that might choose them.
Any update of this screwed delivery I will post them here, so people can know what kind of company is that, decide to choose their service or not to
Gewenste Oplossing:
Deliver the package back, return the package like this, and refuse to call it back IS NOT ACCEPTABLE!!
