Mijn Klacht:
The Laptop broken after less than one month of use, I sent to the Service Center and they told they will fix the problem in up to 15 working days, trying to make it short.
They answer me only after 17 working days and told the problem wasn’t fixable and they will give my money back. I asked for my Hard Drive with my data, but they told it was not possible to give me back my data because they will reinstall my Hard Drive in another device of theirs. I think this is not a good practice because my Hard Drive is my property, working or not it belongs to me.
Still waiting my money back, and no news about my data.
PS: I already open another Klacht about this. On that time Medion told that they contacted me by phone, but I never received any contact by phone from Medion. I’m unhappy not only because of the mistreatment of the customer service, but also with the fact that they tell something they don’t do. Because of this, I ask Medion to contact me only by mail this time, then I can keep registry of your contacts.
Gewenste Oplossing:
With my Hard Drive or the data that was on it.
