Mijn Klacht:
I bought the milk from the nearest store in my area(Gerdesiaweg) and did not realise that there was something in the milk. I gave it to my daughter to drink it and she said that the milk tasted bitter today and started crying. I took the mug from her and for her satisfaction I strained the milk from colander. To my shock there was a big reptile/worm in the milk and I could not believe that my daughter had to drink that milk.
I need an explanation for what just happened!!!

I need an explanation for what just happened and reason behind it. A thorough testing of your products and check your stocks.
