Mijn Klacht:
I would like to inform you , that there is an issue with delivery by DHL from Worldtech, but ordered on www.ventur.nl. As I was informed by DHL in my case ,the sender should lodge (file) a claim in DHL company , that her customer never received a package…although it is stated as delivered in their system.
The advice from the lawyer is:
The seller is responsible for the delivery of products to your place in a proper state. If the package never arrived, that is their responsibility. They cannot put the blame on the delivery company; the seller is providing the service of delivery to you. Hound them to fix the issue, they will have to sort it out with DHL. You could still, in the meantime, try to get your original package delivered, but it is not your responsibility to get a lost or stolen package replaced.
I have already sent 2 emails to [email protected] ,they neither bothered yo respond or answer to me. Searching for the company Worldtech, I could not find any contact informations as email or telephone number. I do not know what to think about it , but in their status 0 employees??? What is going on? So in this case I do not have an email to inform them , and DHL is asking to lodge a claim from sender…PLEASE, help me or give me an advice what else I can do.
