Mijn Klacht:
we have buy whirlpool product kitch Fume hood via ikea, which is not working, we have bought for one year. we will informed there are 5 year garantie ,so we can make an appointment with whirld to check. when we make an appointment with whirlplool, they did not informa us any charge related to non technical issue(which is difficult to check it is technial issue or not, because we are not allowed to open the machine). after technical people come, they tole us, which is not technical issue, so we have to pay euro 120 for their visit. we are so supprised, because we did not in advance for this charge. and the new machine only cost euro 129.
we could like to get the payment back, because this charge has not been infomred in advance, we donot agree to pay those extra fees.
