Mijn Klacht:
I have purchased a washing machine 3 months back and also purchased the extended warranty. 2 weeks back , machine stops functioning and I have raised a complaint with evidence and welhof portal asked to to get a replacement product. I did the same but again the machine was dead on arrival. Then I placed a order for a higher model with additional 300 Euro , that machine was totally unstable and had damaged my washing area. In two weeks they have sent 4 unstable machine . Due to frustration , i have purchased a new machine from media mart and now I am struggling to get my refund , they are not giving me an option to select any other product nor they are refunding my money.AS per their policy I am eligible for refund but they are not processing the same.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Please refund my additional amount which i have paid for the higher model and for the previous amount , I can purchase any other product from the website.
