Mijn Klacht:
Yesterday because of mistake of the cashier I had to go to the desk to get some money back. The desk was empty so I asked who can help me.. from somewhere behind …came a angry voice -I cant be everywhere…and came angry lady and star screaming to me without any reason…I asked her to calm and I explained that is not my fold that in the kassa they make a mistake…as she didn’t stop to scream …I ask for the manager…the answer was there in no manager…Im the manager…after several time I asked also for her name….also no answer ….then I continue shopping in the alcohol section with her…and she continue screaming and not teling me her name or calling the manager…she become very aggressive and try to reach me trough the desc…then she went away…in this moment i made a picture of her… and she let me locket in the alcohol department…I star cooling her that ill call police….. and I start to do it …then finally the manager came…and let me free…starting apologizing to me…..around me where some people who saw everything and start also talking to the managet that i don’t have any fold…for she to became so angry and aggressive…
than lady is dangerous for the job she is doing…i couldn’t talk normal…i was shaking…i couldn’t sleep…im still in stres…..how this is posible…how i can go to do my daily shopping now….im afraid that I can be lock in somewhere…or attack

she cant work there...she is dangerous for the people....
I expect oficial apologizing from Vomar
maybe they can help me recover from the stres...vacation...vitamins...I dont know what is posible..so I can stop shaking and feel welcome in there shop
