Mijn Klacht:
I booked a return plane ticket on vlucht24.nl. Shortly after the reservation was completed, I received an email stating that the paymeny was refused, and that I have 24 hours either to have the payment work with the current credit card, or to submit another credit card by calling them.
I tried to call the phone number provided on their website, where they clearly say they can be reached betzeen 10:00am and 20:00pm on weekdays. The price is 0.80cts/min with a max of 40 euros.
I have been trying to call them for 60 min straight, with no reply while the answering machine was saying I was first in the waiting queue..
I feel ripped off and I am afraid i will not be able to validate my reservation on time and will have to pay a 100 euros penalty!
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to make sure I will not have to pay a penalty in case my booking was cancelled as i have been trying my best to contact them.
Given that my ticket was worth more than 100 euros, the penalty incurred is 100 euros. This is uncacceptable!
