Mijn Klacht:
I am flying from Punta Cana to Amsterdam via Paris.
My flight AF 741 from Punta Cana to Paris got cancelled on 06 April 202, but the flight from Paris to Amsterdam stayed. The agent booked another flight to Paris on 7th April, not even checking that it will be AFTER the second flight from Paris to Amsterdam.
I contacted KLM and they informed me that only the agent can request the change, not me.
I can not contact Vliegwinkel.nl – they don’t answer my emails, messages on FB or their web chat. I can not call them as they do not provide any phone number to contact.
They made it totally impossible for me to fly back to Amsterdam.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I would like to align 2 flights from Punta Cana OR Santo Domingo to Paris and then from Paris to Amsterdam available before 6th of April.
I am also ok to fly to Amsterdam from Santo Domingo via Panama on 5th of April or 6th of April.
