Mijn Klacht:
Worst customer service ever. They dont care about your booking once you pay. They took two weeks to tell me that my flight was cancelled and its been 3 months since my booking was cancelled by the airlines and they dont even care to reply to my mails.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I understand that because of coronavirus airlines took a big hit but that was the same for everyone. I kknow 10 more people who booked flights for the same period and there flights also got cancelled. And all of them got the full refund or atleast a travel voucher for future booking but most importantly the travel agency cared enough to inform their customers. VLiegwinkel doesnt even care to reply to our mails let alone resolve the booking issues. I was expecting a full refund within a day even though I purchased their full refund package. All I expected like we all do is for a company to be professional during these trimes and atleast care to communicate with your customers.
