Mijn Klacht:
I won a product and paid for it the 3rd of august 2018, 4 days later i received an email that the product is shipped via DHL, again 3 days later i track the package and it says that the package is still at the supplier warehouse and was never posted to DHL drop-off point, i called DHL to make sure about this information, they assured me that the package was never posted at their location, and that the supplier has only printed the label.
I called vakantieveilingen the same day (7th of august), they said you will have to wait until next week Monday before we can do something about it. Well i called again on Monday, package still not posted, i call vakantieveilingen again and they said to me we can do nothing about it, you will have to wait until the end of the week again.
We are 13 days later nothing has been shipped and they refuse to solve the problem.
This was about a product, in the past i paid for a hotel room, but the voucher was useless, i couldn’t book the hotel for it, and all date were overbooked (but not overbooked when you book them through booking.com).
As a customer, you are obliged to follow their rules and pay for the items in 5 days, but they have the choice to ship your product or simply keeping the money.
To conclude, vakantieveilingen is a scam, stay away people, you will win nothing, you will only loose.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I'm satisfied the moment they keep your money and they refuse to deliver your product, this is a pure scam.
All i want is my product to be delivered as i've already paid for.
