Mijn Klacht:
Wee received a ”cadeaubon’ from dagewellness.nl as an engagement gift just before the pandemic started and obviously could not use it for a long while.. In the end when we were looking forward to use it, we learned that the card expired (seriously how can a wellness card during pandemic can expire????) and the company is keeping the money the card is worth (50 Euros!!!!). When we approached the customer ‘care’, they were nowhere close to ‘caring’ or accommodating but giving us arrogant responses back. These people had no clue about customer care. We regret that we even had to interact with such people. So ,we want our money back and have nothing to do with this company ever again.
Gewenste Oplossing:
we want our money back (50 euros) and have nothing to do with this company ever again.
