I am writing this review to express my profound dissatisfaction with Odido’s service, or rather, the complete lack of it. For the past 30 days, I have been without internet service, which has significantly disrupted my daily life and work. Despite numerous attempts to resolve the issue, the situation remains unchanged, and the responses from Odido have been nothing short of appalling. This is also not the first time. Within the last 12 months – For 2 months in total, I havent had Internet.
First and foremost, the communication from Odido has been misleading and dishonest. On several occasions, I was informed that the reason for the service not being restored was due to my absence at home during technician visits. This is blatantly untrue as I was present and waiting for a resolution that never came. Such dishonesty is unacceptable and reflects poorly on Odido’s integrity and customer service.
Odido’s suggestion of using free vouchers for mobile internet as a temporary solution is inadequate and shows a lack of understanding of their customers’ needs. Home office work, home automation systems, and wifi-enabled devices are integral to modern living, and mobile internet cannot adequately support these functions.
Moreover, I am aware that my neighbors are experiencing similar issues, indicating a broader problem with Odido’s service in our area. This collective dissatisfaction among customers should be a wake-up call for Odido to take immediate and effective action.
In conclusion, Odido’s handling of this situation has been abysmal. The continuous lack of internet service, coupled with dishonest communication and ineffective solutions, is inexcusable. I urge Odido to address these issues ly and provide a real, lasting solution. Customers deserve better than empty promises and inadequate temporary fixes.
