Een klant van Tulp Keukens uit zijn teleurstelling over de gebrekkige communicatie en service van het bedrijf. Na herhaalde e-mails ontving hij geen officiële reactie, en de installatie van de keuken, oorspronkelijk gepland voor 29 maart, werd zonder overleg uitgesteld naar 7 april. De klant voelt zich genegeerd en heeft het gevoel dat zijn verwachtingen niet serieus worden genomen.

Mijn Klacht:

I send the below e-mail to tulp Keukens several times but after 2 full weeks complete silence.

To whom it may concern,

I am terribly disappointed with your services so far. Despite my feedbacks and request for information Tulp Keukens, its employees and subcontractors are acting completely self ordained and doesn’t really take into account the customer expectations.

First of all, despite my several e-mails I have never been officially responded regarding my critics. The kitchen supposed to be installed on 29 March but with a self made decision taken by the delivery person the installation was postponed with an email notification and without consultation with me to 07-04-2022.

I have made several attempts to take it front cause there was no reason for this delay other than the decision made by your delivery personnel.

After making long talks with an employer of yours (namely Mike) I couldn’t make him convinced and repeatedly he refused to rearrange the installation to an earlier date.
Although, I have expressed that I need to urgently move to this house because my rental contract was ending and we will be without a house with a 3 year old kid he just neglected how I was feeling and refused to help me on mu situation.

After approx 50 minutes of talking despite I have clearly expressed the urge for this installation he convinced me about his lacking of empathy and continiously refused me. Most importantly the reason for cancellation was referred to unreadiness of the electrical arrangements but the the instruction email was never been sent to me. Your team said to me that an email was sent on 27-01-2022 which is unfortunately not true.

I go to your Rotterdam office where I made the agreement with you and handover the phone to your sales personnel Muhammed Cavlak and he by somehow managed to convince your people to make the delivery on an earlier date (01-04-2022) which was actually today like on your service report.

My regret for selecting Tulp Keukens continued further with the installation work performed today because of the following reasons:

1) The installation of the Kitchen Faucet
Despite the fact that I have informed your sales personnel on 31-01-2022 with extensive information about the faucet to be installed your installation personnel installed the old faucet without consulting me while the new faucet was only 5 mt far from him. Obviously he just didn’t bother himself to open a box of a brand new faucet and instead used the old one.

2) The kitchen hood was not selected properly and didn’t fit in the closet.
The worst part is the kitchen hood I preferred was changed again with your own initiative cause i can not remember exactly but Muhammet called me sometime in January 2022 and told me that the hood I preferred was not fitting to the closet. Funny though the one you picked up didn’t fit either which seems from my point of view a major weakness of design and planning. In my belief, this is also the proof of the incoordination between your teams.

Last but not least, the team you sent for installation didn’t even bother themselves to put the hood and the closet back into its box and left them open laying on a concrete surface. If you are really curious how I feel as a client when I see this scene is the people you sent to my home doesnt have any respect towards their job, profession, employer and most importantly to the client (whom is me in this case).

As you might appreciate, I do not accept any responsibility to those parts and I will not make any effort to protect the hood and the closet parts and expecting you guys to come and take on your own.

3) The alignment problem on closets
Just like you do, I also have to work and couldn’t witness the whole installation but there are serious alignment problems in between of closets and kitchen appliances which shouldn’t be a big surprise considering the poor judgement made on equipment selection or fabrication problem described on item 2 above regarding the kitchen hood.

The diswasher door has more than 2 cm of gap from the following closet.

The refrigerator closet has an opening for almost 2cm at the top while the bottom part is perfectly aligned with the wall.

The beam attached to the wall above the window is almost loose and that piece can not even hold the weight of a book with its current condition. The gaps left from the wall are also intolerable and doesnt seem like a ingenious work but seems very amateur work.

There is a significant scratch on the closet door above the oven which was probably been put on the floor without protection.

Also the closets above and below the oven has been assembled poorly causing a huge alignment problem.

Last but not least, all the boxes were being left in the middle of my living room which might have been taken by your team upon completion of the works as a proof of how clean you are working but certainly not the case in my situation.

All in all I have a terrible experience about Tulp Keukens so far and I have no hope that it will get any better. I am gravely concerned how I have been treated so far by Tulp Keukens and its employees so far and deeply disappointed with my decision. At least I am going to publish this very same letter in all customer portals to make sure to limit the expectations about your services.

Finally, with a little hope I am expecting you to come back, remedy the defects explained in detail above.

3 jaren geleden - Dear Mr Yuksel, We are very sorry that you have experienced the above regarding your kitchen. In the meantime, our colleague from our customer service department has had contact with you a number of times about your complaint. The situation has been discussed with you and a visit is planned with our team leader on April 28th. The problem with the extractor hood will then also be tackled. Regards, Twan Vos - Tulp Keukens
