Mijn Klacht:
I was invited to a workshop at DenBosch Fontys University on December 14 at 13:00. Everything is going well, security comes to check and greeted very politely and friendly. We also pay great attention when cooking. We opened the doors and windows, but there was no alarm. At 15:30, another security guard came, a man. He did not greet us, he was very rude, arrogant and arrogant and offended us Docent and his students. While we were gathering, he took our photo without permission.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Some staff should be professional, polite and friendly.
