Mijn Klacht:
In Nov 2021, I booked flight tickets BRU-LIM and return (Reference N° RW57O9RA).
5 days before departure, the airline cancelled my first connecting flight due to Covid capacity problems.
No suitable travel solution was found for me by Travelfrom and I requested a refund.
Regardless a dozen telephones to their support line, I did not receive my money back.
I also have contacted the airline and they proved me the airline refunded these flights to this agency.
Today 10 Nov 2022, this open amount for reimbursement is still reflected on my account of Travelfrom.
I can say, they doing absolutely nothing and I would not recommend the services of Travelfrom to any person.
Gewenste Oplossing:
Full reimbursement.
