The winning money did not go to my account and much to my surprise the transactions ection recorded that as a loss. I have made a screenshot in the next win with the time on and the dealer that was having a shift to provide a reliable proof to check out the specific numbers that were played out of the transaction. Unfortunately it is not visible on the transaction which number was played, but only what money was bet. I always play the same numbers and it came out that the number was multiplied extra.
I had provided a big email explaining everything and also called the company. The customer service worker could not check the numbers played and so have not received the message back to my account. It seems that once you win small or big you should take a screenshot with that, so when the company makes the error you can go further with your claims. But let’s be honest, who does the screenshot each time? You just rely on the fair games at the casino. Much to my disappointment, it is not always a case and the results can be easily manipulated.
As a customer who provided a specified amount of the information and kept the conversation with all politeness I felt really left without any help.
Gewenste Oplossing:
sending remaining 5 euro to my wallet and some spins as the apologize deal
