Mijn Klacht:

The worst experience I’ve ever had dealing any company. I placed an order via their website, then cancelled it by email 18 minutes later.

I received no acknowledgment of my email. Instead, I received an email the next day saying that the package had been shipped! I then called the phone number on the website, and spoke with Daan and Rickie. Rickie (the owner!!) in particular was extremely rude telling me that I “should maybe think better in future before placing an order.”

I was absolutely shocked and horrified to be judged by Rickie on how to run my life, or for him to even assume anything about the circumstances around placing my order.

Rickie then said that I will have to pay for the return of the package even though it was sent after I sent my cancellation email. Both Daan and Rickie told me that it is due to their staff being too busy that they are not replying to emails. But somehow I have to pay for their mistakes. In fact, Rickie even said that it is my problem, not theirs.

Gewenste Oplossing:

To pay for cost of my return
