Last Wednesday, on 22 February 2017 I have called to call centre ticket masters via 0900 3001 250 to order tickets for harry potter exhibition in cinemec utrecht terwijde. This line is charged 60 cents per minute. First of all, it took too long to take my simple order- more than 15 minutes. But most frustrating, it was incorrectly taken. I have ordered 5 tickets for adults and 7 tickets for kids. In the accept mail which I have received there was incorrectly processed 3 family tickets, which was almost 70 euro more expesive than should have been a total price.
Thirdly, advertised on harry potter group discounts for groups more than 11 persons were not taken into account at all.
Same evenng I called back to ticketmasters , again there was long waiting time and I explained the mistake of ticket master and asked to correct the order: 5 tickets for adults and 7 for kids. And – when I have received acceptmail the ordervwas not correct again! Tickets were processed for 12 adults ( which is in total 60 euro more expensive, and, agsin, no group discount wad applied)
In the end due to ticketmaster failure to listen carefully for ordervdetsils I overpaid 65 euro for tickets, in addirion phone calls were too expensive for very simple order and also extra costs for calls caused by mistakes of ticketmaster: in total 34 minutes of 21 euro!
I am very dissatisfied and will never again book tickets via ticketmasters.
I have an impression that ticketmasters main goal is to charge clirnt as much aspossible, even at the cost of reputation
