STAY AWAY!!!!

I ordered iPhone 14 on April 8th, paid via bancontact with QR code. I have not received anything after 6 weeks and asked to cancel and refund. I received a cancellation and creditnota on may 13 and I am still waiting to get my money back after more than one month. I made contact with the shop via Watsapp since they don’t answer the phone and they keep repeating that the money is coming these days but 3 weeks have passed since they started saying that

Gewenste Oplossing:

I want to receive my money back (829 €) as soon as possible
