Hello, I placed the order on the web store of Ti-84shop.nl for PlayStation 5 Disk Edition on July 23rd, with a delivery date of 1 week, after more than a month of waiting and messages sent to them when the order would be delivered, I asked them to cancel the order due to too long a waiting period and they did on August 28.
After the legal 14 days for reimbursement passed and I saw that I did not receive the money back, I tried to contact them and they keep putting me off from one week to another, they keep saying next week, but so far I have not received the money back from them.
Please help I want my money back.
