Mijn Klacht:

I ordered a PlayStation5 from TI-84 shop(https://www.ti-84shop.nl/nl/) in February 2023, but TI-84 shop did not ship the product and said they will ship it next week, next week, always next week. Then I requested them to cancel it. Therefore, my order is canceled on 7th March 2023. But my money is not refunded yet after the cancellation over 3 weeks. During this time, I contacted them by emails, phone calls and messages. But they always replied like ‘The money will be refunded on my account in 2 days or next week’. It is already violated the Dutch law that the refund should be back to consumers in 14 days and the webshop is stalling for time. Besides, there are many many victims like me because of this webshop, I hope it can rise the awareness and help victims to get the refund.
