Mijn Klacht:
I ordered a PS5 on Friday 26th of August. Got an on-site message to expect it at the pick-up point on the 30th of August. Did not get any update and wrote a message through the ti-84 website on the 31st of August. Did not get any reply until posted a review on Trustpilot on Friday 2nd of September. The reply looks like an ultimatum saying ‘you can get your order delivered only if you remove the review’.
Got a ‘reply’ from the store on Monday the 5th. The reply claimed the order can be either delivered or refunded this week.
On the 7th of September, we agreed to cancel the order and get a refund.
13.09 — still no clear expected date.
16.09 — they stopped responding

I would be happy to get my money (~650 EUR) back
