I ordered PlayStation 5 with a game included about an week and a half ago. The order has not moved to any other stage and it is always siting in Wacht op verzending. I tried to write them on their email with no response in return. Apparently you cannot reach the number on the website. At this point I just really want an return, but I don’t know how else to reach them.
