I purchased my PS5 and XBOX in mid-March and it never shipped. I cancelled the order and requested a refund, but until now, I still haven’t received my refund.
During this time I sent many emails asking about the progress of the refund and each time I was replied that I should not worry and give them a week, or two days, but the refund was never completed.
I have never seen such a dishonest company that doesn’t care about the customer’s feelings, it’s really a very bad shopping experience.
I will still continue to complain until they refund my purchase price.
