Mijn Klacht:
I was contacted by MKB collectieven in Sep 16 th 2018. I had registered my company only in Aug 2018 and after my return from holiday with a bad case of viral fever, I received this call.
I was assured that this will be a economical energy deal. I kept repeating that I would like the details by mail and will have to make a decision later with my partner.
She said yes, she never explained that if I did not respond to their mail that I will automatically become a customer of Total Gas.
I received a mail suddenly in Nov 2018 saying Welcome to Total.
I was totally shocked then an email from Nuon that our contract was stopped before end of contract date hence we have to pay a fine.
Now 4th of Dec I receive an Invoice from Total for a energy bill which is 20 Euros more than our Nuon price.
I called MKB collectieven twice with no follow up. Nuon cannot do anything. Total is not able to answer at all.
We need a solution to terminate our contract with Total. We did not agree for this, it is forced. And all conversation was in English, she translated the terms but she dd not mention all these consequences.
Please help us!!!

Termination of contract with Total with no fine
Return to Nuon as a client we were very satisfied with them no with no fine.
