After being told everything was okay by your ticket agent in Amsterdam .
We arrive in Lissabon only to be refused admission to our connecting flight Because the security didn’t believe that my wife was my wife Although my wife’s passport had my name in it.
AFTER the refusal we were force to spend two nights in a hotel,take the new COVID test and buy new tickets.We travel often and never has anything like this happended.we are summiting a claim with your airline for the extra cost and bad service.
