Ik heb onderstaande bericht via diverse wegen geprobeerd te sturen, en ze geprobeerd te bellen, maar we krijgen al 2 dagen niemand te pakken, via alle aangegeven contact opties die er te vinden zijn.
Dear Sir/Madam,
As my mum is very old, she made a mistake with booking a flight, she made 2 bookings by accident. In the app, we are not able to cancel both flights for my stepdad. We are not able to discard the extras and also we are not able to complete, so we can cancel it, even when we tried to pay, it still asks us this and still 1 item in the card. We still want to book a flight but on a different date. Can you please cancel the following flights? W8V2Y6 date 4 October and WAHQNE 20 September so I can help my mum to book a new flight for my stepdad?
