I have been finally sent my voucher (in August) but it expired in May!! I am now calling your helpdesk for the 4th time but still on hold. The last time I was passed between three different service desks until – after 43 minutes of waiting – the line went dead. I never want to use your service again. And to think you want to charge me EUR 30 service fee for this!! Please arrange a full refund and let us never speak again of this terrible thing. I will be booking new flights directly via KLM so I expect to be reimbursed EUR 596 immediately. In addition to these comments I have now spent an extra 28 minutes on the phone with your support team and my problem is no closer to being resolved. The problem: my flights in March 2020 were cancelled due to COVID. I received a voucher on 21 August 2020 with an expiry date of 5 May 2020… so I obviously cannot use it. This is completely nonsensical. I tried calling Alitalia but they were less than hopeless. Not a great surprise but annoying nevertheless. I now need to urgently book a flight to Rome and it appears that my voucher will not be reissued in time. Request: please refund my tickets immediately and I will purchase my flights directly with the airline. Tried emailing you several times over the last few months, all I get is: Onze e-mail dienstverlening is wegens enorme drukte vertraagd waardoor wij uw bericht niet binnen de normale tijd konden beantwoorden.
