Mijn Klacht:
On August 5 I was scheduled to fly with Lufthansa from Schiphol to Frankfurt and from Frankfurt to Mumbai and with Sri Lankan Airlines from Mumbai to Colombo. This concerned flights Lufthansa 989 and Lufthansa 756. This flight was changed by Lufthansa, Supersaver communicated no further steps nor provide an alternative. We’ve contacted Lufthansa who mentioned that the booking agency asked for a refund of the ticket, which we didn’t ask for.
We are unable to get in touch with supersaver, we’ve sent emails, called them, without any reply from their side.
