Mijn Klacht:
I am trying to reach supersaver’s customer service for days now, but since they have enormous queues its impossible to reach one of their employees on the phone.
I managed one time to reach somebody and he said that all my flights are cancelled, even the alternative option, which is indicated in this email. I want to get my flight back on the previous date, cause this is the time I rescheduled myself after the first time the flight was cancelled. The employee told me that I have to pay €225 to get back on this flight. This is ofcourse not true. I reached out to TAP air again, after supersaver’s employee told me to contact them. But like I allready knew they cannot do anything until 48hrs before the flight. They told me that according to the policy I have the right to get another flight without paying extra. They also told me that the flight I want is not cancelled and has still 20 spots left.
Gewenste Oplossing:
I want to reschedule the flight back to the 26th of july, which is the one I rescheduled it myself in the first place.
