Mijn Klacht:
I received a voucher to rebook a ticket die to corona circumstances. During a call i clearly stated for which dates i would like the tickets to be booked. I had to pay 50 euro more although my tickets were already very expensive and if you look now at the market prices, they seem to be much cheaper. I received tickets with wrong dates..i tried to reach a customer support team. Had to stay on the waiting line for HOURS!!!!!! Nobody could help me. When i finally spoke to employee, i was said to call back in 3 days!!!!!!! Unbelievable. I cannot receive my money back as well…
Gewenste Oplossing:
I demand the rebooking of tickets or money back.
