Mijn Klacht:
I received an email on April the 28th telling me that my trip was about to.be canceled. I suppose to accept the reasons mentioned and send and email back agreeing to the decision.
All this weeks I have tried to contact them to find out more or to ask when my money will be refunded, but there’s not a number that actually works, also not my reply to my emails. It is very important to me to inform my work regarding my trip and Holliday plans. Can any one help me out?
