Mijn Klacht:

I booked Qatar Airways ticket on Supersvael.nl website. I called Qatar Airways to cancel my itinerary and request a refund, I was advised that for refund I need to contact Supersaver.nl. Qatar Airways ed that there is no penalty for a refund of my ticket due to flexible Covid-19 booking policy regardless where the booking was made. I called Supersaver.nl for months and eventually I have spoke to an agent who advised me that refund request was submitted for a fee of 30 euro (Supersaver.nl admin fee). I did not consent to any other deduction and I would not have cancel my ticket if there was any penalties, however an e-mail came from Supersaer.nl with ation of a refund of an amount 311 euro short of the ticket value! I would not have cancelled my ticket if they would steal 311 from me! I have not received any explanation of why this amount would be deducted and have not consented to this. This is pure theft. I tried calling Supersaver.nl about the amount and the agent did not know how to explain it. I have just been simply defrauded by the company without any reason.

Gewenste Oplossing:

Refund of the full ticket value as per Qatar Airways rules that apply regardless where the booking was made.

Valid for tickets issued on/before 31 August 2021.
Valid for any Qatar Airways’ tickets purchased either directly from Qatar Airways or through travel agents.
Refund to the original form of payment
Please make any refund requests prior to the scheduled departure time that you are booked on. If you have booked directly with Qatar Airways, you may do this through our website or Contact Centres. If you have booked through a travel agency, please contact the travel agency.
Refund penalties and no-show fees will be waived
Refund amount will be credited using the original form of payment used to purchase the ticket.
