Mijn Klacht:
I want to rebook my flexible ticket. This I can only do by phone.
When I call supersaver I wait for 1 HOUR on hold. They won’t answer. I tried this for a couple of times!!
I emailed them they say : call the servicedesk.
I filed a complaint at klacht.nl and they won’t reconize the complaint.
They refer to the website, and the contact us button. The websites says:
The profile function for returning customers does not work at the moment. We are working on solving the issue.
So I emailed them, and they will email me back in a couple of days, but my flight leaves in a week.
So there is now way of reaching them. At all. This is no way of doing business.
If I can’t reach supersaver in the next couple of days I will lose 500 euro.

When I can rebook my flight.
