Mijn Klacht:
Our flights in April 2020 to USA were canceled, and both companies KLM and Air New Zealand told us to ask for refund form the company that sold us the tickets : supersaver.nl
Since then we have been waiting for supersaver to contact us, and months after that when i try to contact them on their email:customercare at support.supersavertravel.co.uk and only received the same message that my cased is not up to date.. Link to their contact doesn’t point to a contact form, contacting them by phone is impossible too..
Gewenste Oplossing:
i would like to get refunded the money we payed them for 4 tickets to US (around 1800 euro)
