Dear sir/Madam
in 24-08-2023 i booked an air ticket via www.supersaver.nl and there is was one word misspell and we request if there is any possible for the name correction.
the agent say on the same the yes it is possible and what the agent have done on the same day he void the ticket which has no charges and re-booked a new ticket with totally incorrect name.
since then i am in the contact with them and i am not getting any exact response and now i am really in the trouble with them.
they are just passing me from here to there and nothing else i really need your support with helping me in this case as my flight is on 24-12-2023 and i don’t want that i face any problem in the airport.

Gewenste Oplossing:
since I need a new ticket since there is no more possibilities for name correction.
and this is mistake from the sales agent who issued incorrect ticket.
