Hello,
I’ve booked a flight via skyscanner on the Norwagian. The Norwagian airlines had cut the Prince from my bank account. We didn’t receive any ation. Contacting your desk in Zweden, they said that they can see the names but they’ve cancelled it because there was no payment. This is really strange because I have evidence that I have directly payed. I also has made photo’s for each step of my reservation. And I have the bank reference. I want my money back as soon as possible to book another flight.
