Mijn Klacht:

Had a very bad very very bad experience with this company.
I was charged 509 euros for 20 min of their employee time. Its a scam please donot do for it at all.
Incident in detail: The employee came from the company ask me about the situation for 10 min and took out his equipment, the equipment could not detect the leak due to Plastered walls. The employee did not had any other solutions , he was confused and called his collegue talked for other 10 min and then said me leak could not be detected because the wall is wet. He had no solution at all, he said to call them back when everything gets dried. and then ask me to pay Invoice for 509 bucks. I was shocked how could they charge my 500 bucks for nothing. I later hired Eindhoven Gemente they detected that the leak has nothing to do with that plastered wall and it was totally from a different place from outside the building , they repaired in 4 hours.
In 509 bucks the detection company charged me Employee travel time, Fuel charges, administrative charges , Basic rate 345 euros for 3 hours(irrespective they came for 20 min only), Invoice charges 50 euros(for not paying instantly). I mailed them but the person replied to call because they only reply in dutch. In call also they did not agree with me and say they have mailed me policy with above points over mail.(On appointment ation mail they have written Terms conditions that too in Dutch which was also not clear and in small letters).It seems like they are charging consumers unnecessarily and their employees are not well experienced. The fact that the employee did not even think once to check other areas and other solutions and concluded leak could not be detected. The equipment they had could not detect leak because the walls were plastered/wet. they had no alternative solution nothing. Please donot waste your time investing in this company.

Gewenste Oplossing:

The invoice should be competitive and valid.Only that part of time when job was done should be charged, no hidden cost should be charged.Proper Leak detection should be provided. Experineced tools and personnel should be hired.
